About Me
I will join the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the School of Energy Resources at the University of Wyoming as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2026. I specialize in computational materials science. With over 35 publications in leading journals such as Nature Communications, Acta Materialia, Advanced Materials, and Carbon, I am dedicated to advancing materials research to address global challenges. I am deeply passionate about teaching and mentoring, and enjoy scientific discussions. As a collaborative researcher, I work with interdisciplinary teams across leading institutions. I enjoy coding, and my hobbies include playing chess and cooking. In the spirit of materials, I find inspiration in the delicate balance of order and chaos. I value knowing over believing, and I’m always learning where my understanding isn’t complete.
